We do not directly perform water damage restoration, emergency extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, or any other restoration services. All restoration work is performed by independent third-party contractors who are not employees or agents of Call Water Damage 911.

2. No Warranties

This website and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Call Water Damage 911 does not warrant or guarantee the quality, timeliness, availability, or any other aspect of the services provided by contractors in our network.

3. Contractor Verification

It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner or property owner to verify that any contractor holds the appropriate California state contractor’s license, carries adequate liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage, and has obtained all necessary permits. Call Water Damage 911 does not independently verify contractor licensing or insurance status in real time.

4. Response Times

Same-day and emergency response availability is subject to contractor availability, current demand, time of day, and other factors. Response times are not guaranteed. Emergency dispatch is prioritized but availability varies by market.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Call Water Damage 911 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services of any contractor connected through our network.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
